Yesterday (Friday) was Sunday for us. We had our first outing to church, which was completely chaotic. Long story short they combined two services and the place was crazy packed. The service itself was some odd advent celebration with different choirs singing typical songs for the advent season. I can't really describe it, it was strange. I'm more excited for La to see what it's normally like.
We spent most of they day looking at an ikea catalog a neighbor friend gave to us. We'll be looking to purchase a few things from the Dubai Ikea this coming week. Then we took a little walk to that same neighbor's place. Oddly enough when I was looking at villa's it was between their villa and the one where in now. They are a fun couple, they have two kids ages 3 and 2, have been in the middle east for about 13 years, and are from Kenya and Sweden. They're 3 year old little girl who's name I can barely say let alone spell calls Jack darling in her little englishesk accent. Sean actually works for our competitor which was sort of funny but kind of nice since we agreed we wouldn't talk shop.
We are still trying to get video software to download. We are having a heck of a time downloading much of anything. I've tried to download senuti like 20 times and it has yet to work properly. If I've learned anything over here its to be patient.
